Frequently Asked Questions
We accept K-Net, Mastercard and Visa, as well as all major cards. All online payments are handled through our payment partner TAP, and are done so through their secure servers.
All duties, taxes and fees are paid by the customer.
Orders placed before 1 PM Sunday-Thursday will be fulfilled and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will ship the next business day (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed to Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates will arrive between 4-7 working days.
Your package will arrive within approximately 7-15 working days. Tracking will be available within 24-48 hours after your order has been processed by delivery service.
(We do not take responsibility for lost, missing or stolen packages, or duties and fees mandated by customs. All duties, taxes and fees are paid by the customer.)
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on items, within 7 days from Kuwait and 14 days internationally, that have been unworn, in the same condition that you received it and with the original tags still attached.
Returns from Kuwait are picked up free of charge.
GCC and International returns are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping fees will be paid by the customer.
Refunds will be processed once the items returned are inspected and approved for return. Funds will be credited to your account based on your banks processing time.
Items bought on sale cannot be refunded.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges as well as any custom duties and taxes.
